Creating a New User in TaxWise Online - 

  1. Open TaxWise Online.

  2. Login as Admin.

  3. In the upper right corner of the screen, click the drop-down and select Settings.

  4. On the Settings screen, click Manage Users.

  5. Click Create a New User.

  6. On the Create User screen, do the following:

    • In User Name, enter the user name for this new user.

      • Note: When a new user is created, the Username will be the temporary password for that account. The user will be prompted to reset this when logging in for the first time.

    • In Real Name, enter the name.

    • In Email address, enter the email address.

    • In Is Active User, select the check box.

    • In Assign Roles,.Add these roles (SuperUser and Licensed User)

  7. Click Save.
