To get the latest software update, go to Solution Center/Knowledge Base from the home screen

  1. Then click on Launch TaxWise Solution Center

 

2. The Solution center web site will open, click on Product Updates

In this page you have to login with your information 

 

3. The first page will be the Program Update, here you will download TaxWise program update and the Federal Update

a. You will have to download each program and run it, click the grey drive with the blue arrow to start downloading

b. Download all of them, then run each one, while the software is closed

4. Now the State Update, Click on State Update on the top right side.

a. Downloading the states is done one by one.

b. Download and run the update.

5. The Bank Updates, Click on Bank Updates then download and run the update you will find

6. Click W2/1099 Updates, then click W2/1099 Programe Updates

7. Click FTP Download to download the W2/1099 updates, after downloading it, run it.
