Consent to Use
The Consent To Use Form is the first screen you’ll see when accessing a tax return. However, this form does not appear on any form within the tax return itself. Its primary purpose is to confirm that the taxpayer has given you consent to prepare their taxes.
Checking any box on the Consent To Use Form does not affect the Bank Application or any other forms.
This form serves only as a confirmation between you and the taxpayer and is unrelated to the IRS or any bank product.
