If you cannot see the option to transmit a return, it's probably due to one of these two reasons:

  • The return has not been marked as complete. The return cannot be transmitted until it has been marked complete. To learn how to mark a return as complete, check this article!

  • You do not have permission to transmit based on the security template assigned to you.
