If you face errors while printing a return, there are a few things you can do to fix the errors, and they are as follows:

1. Clear Cache

If an older version of the return prints, it's because the browser cached the older version. To solve the issue, you need to clear cache.
To clear:

  1. Press CTRL + H simultaneously.

  2. If you’re browsing from Microsoft Edge, click the 3 dots (), then click Clear Browsing Data

If you’re browsing from Google Chrome, click Clear Browsing Data

3. Check the box that reads Cached Images and Files, then click Clear Data

4. Open a new tab, log into the software, and try to print the return again.

2. Restart Your Computer

Sometimes clearing the cache may not be enough. If the issue persists, restart your computer to ensure that nothing is hung up in the background.

3. Use the Correct Internet Browsers

The software works best with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is no longer supporetd by Microsoft and shouldn't be used. For MacOS users, Safari may experience issues as well.
