1040-SR (Web-based) | How to Access Scanned Documents, Upload New Documents

To access scanned documents, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Client Search

  2. Locate the return, then click the Tools dropdown menu, then select Scanned Documents

3. Scanned documents will be displayed.

4. To add a new document, click Upload Documents

 

5. Click the grey area to choose the file you want to upload, or simply drag it to that grey area.

 

File limit has to be 10 MBs. If the document you want to upload is larger than 10 MBs, you can compress it by using one of the tools below:
