This page will demonstrate how to print a test check and/or live checks.

  1. Make a photocopy of one of the checks you were sent by the bank; this is going to be used to test the orientation of the paper being loaded into the printer

  2. Load the photocopy of the check into the printer and take note of the orientation; is it face up? / face down?, etc…

  3. Once the photocopy of the check has been loaded and the orientation noted, Click Print

  4. Review the test check once printed.  Did it print as a real check should have?  Is it the right way up on the right side of the paper?  If so, proceed to printing print a live check.
    If not, make another photocopy of the check paper and reload it into the printer another way until it comes out right.

If the test check prints successfully, You are ready to begin printing real checks

Once you’re ready to print checks. Go to EF > Check Print.

Available Checks for printing are listed in the Check Selector

To select a check to print, Click the check box next to the SSN and then click Continue.

  • The check range starting number is the very first check number in the package of checks that you received from the bank.  This number is typically red in color and located in the top left hand corner of the check.
